We are able to see some hardware errors on our Antarctic Mail server hence we have decided to move our mail server to our backup server today at 7:00 PM before something serious happen with server.
1. If you are using your account in outlook with leave a copy then mails start to redeliver in your inbox. To resolve this issue, Close your outlook -> Login into webmail -> create a folder with inbox_old -> Move all the inbox mails to there.
2. If you are not able to see some of your mails in your webmail then you can download them using IP 188.8.131.52 or you can see them with url: http://184.108.40.206. Please download in your outlook before August 15, 2012. If you want these mails in your webmail then please open a support ticket to our helpdesk(firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can do the needful for you.
3. You don't have to make any changes from your side, we will bind the existing mail servers IPs to new server.
4. The migration process will start at 7:00 PM (today) and should get completed before 10:00 PM. You will not be able to access your mail in this period thru webmail and as well as from outlook.
