If you are looking to create your own branded name servers in Windows ( HELM Server) then you have to follow these procedure.

1.   Go to your Domain Control panel and then create a child name servers ( primary should point to 72.18.135.161 and secondary should point to 72.18.135.166)

2. Go to the main domain of which name server you want to create like if you want dns1.mydomainname.com and dns2.mydomainname.com then go to hosting account of mydomainname.com and add A record for DNS1 to 72.18.135.161 and DNS2 to 72.18.135.166

3.  Ping dns1.mydomainname.com and check weather its pointing to proper ip address if it points then you can change your name servers to to the one you have created.
