There are several reasons why you might be getting these error messages, I have listed some reasons below:

1) If you have recently registered domain name through us it can take up to 72 hours for domain name to propagate.

If your registration period is greater than 4 days please contact us as there might be a registration problem.

2) You are transferring a domain name to us and you have not made nameserver changes or registrars are taking longer than normal to make nameserver changes for you.

Please read the hosting instuctions we sent to you containing nameserver details, also double check you have made the correct settings.

3) Domain name has expired, if you registered domain through us we will notify you of renewal periods. If you already own the domain please check that it has not expired before you contact us.
