What if the domain name I want to use is already taken?

There are two things in it.

1. If the domain is of .IN then we can claim from the registrant with the proof of your trade mark and get these things back, you can contact us for claiming name back.

2. If it is of other extensions then there is nothing that can be done to get the name back, alternatively we need to go for a new name and make it registered. Look for alternative name here.
