How do I request an SSL certificate for my site?

We can install an SSL certificate for you on your site for a one time additional fees plus the cost of the certificate. There may also be an additional minimal monthly charge for the static IP that is required to install SSL on your domain (if it's not included in your plan).

To order a certificate, submit a trouble ticket requesting a new SSL certificate and provide us with ALL the following information:

1. The exact domain name you want the cert on (domain.com is different than www.domain.com. domain.com will not work on www.domain.com and vice versa)

2. The organization/company name (i.e. Acme Inc)

3. The organizational unit (i.e. IT Department)

4. The full company street address, state, zip/postal code, country

5. Proof of company ownership (in the form of Business License, Articles of Association/Incorporation, or DUNS information) which tells us you have the right to use the domain name you are requesting SSL on.

Once we have all this information, we can go ahead and process your request and install your certificate on your domain. This will normally be completed within 24-48 hours after we receive the above information
